Image Licence

Users May:

✔ Use images for personal or business use, online and in print.

✔ Use the images on social media platforms, on Pinterest, for blog posts, and on websites.

✔ Use the images as part of Facebook or Instagram ads, Pinterest ads, YouTube ads, and other online advertising.

✔ Resize, crop, add filters, modify colors, and change image orientation.

✔ Overlay images with text, website screenshots, product designs, and PDF designs.

✔ Use the images as backgrounds in presentations, webinars and slideshows.

✔ Use the images to create opt-ins such as checklists, workbooks, PDFs, and ebooks, as long as the images are flattened and overlaid with text or graphics and cannot be extracted, and so long as the image is not a main component of the download. 

 

Users May NOT:

🚫 Sell, loan, or give away the images or otherwise allow a third-party to use the images in any way.

🚫 Transfer the images to clients/customers, even if you have modified the design by adding text or graphics.

🚫 Transfer credentials to a third party - whether a client, customer, or business partner without previous written consent obtained directly from Stock Boutique by Anu & Tiina.

🚫 Use the images for ebook covers or physical book covers to be sold on Amazon or similar mass distribution sites.

🚫 Include the images in website templates, design templates, quote templates, or any other editable product for sale or free distribution.

🚫 Create derivative products from the images such as screensavers, quote graphics, desktop calendars, printables, art prints, mugs, calendars, clipart, invitations, or any such products, either for sale or to give away for free.

🚫 Use the images to promote or sell other stock photography products/services/resources/courses, whether for free or paid.

🚫 Claim the image as your own.

🚫 Images may not be used for any offensive, defamatory, illegal or pornographic use.

 

Legal Considerations: 

• Copyright of the images remains with Stock Boutique by Anu & Tiina or the original creator of the images and is not transferred to buyers.
• Credit / Attribution is not required, but always appreciated. Remember to use #stockboutiquebyat or @stockboutique_byat so we can see how you use the images and even feature your business!
